Our primary focus is residential and commercial roofing, including roof replacement and roof repair. We also provide selected general construction services when they fit the project and our operational scope.
Our team focuses on clear communication, appropriate materials, code-conscious execution, and careful workmanship. Roofing projects in South Florida require close attention to weather exposure, permitting, product approvals, and local building requirements.
Walter remains personally involved in the business. We display roofing contractor license CCC1328363 and general contractor license CBC1258215 and maintain the insurance required for our work.
Whether you are a homeowner, commercial property owner, property manager, HOA representative, or general contractor, contact us to discuss the roofing scope and determine whether Walter General Construction is the right fit.
